I offer an initial consultation and assessment.  Following this, a therapy contract will be agreed, typically with weekly sessions lasting 50 minutes.

Please note my cancellation policy:  Appointments are not refundable in any circumstances, but if cancelled with more than 48 hours notice, may be rearranged at a mutually convenient time.

I hold a post graduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy and I am registered with the UK Council for Psychotherapy and adhere to their code of ethics and practice. I am also a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. 

I have regular supervision and am committed to ongoing personal and professional development.
